Custody and parenting time are billed by the hour, because the work depends on the other parent and on the court. After the first call you receive a written estimate before anything is filed.

Probate is the court process that transfers a deceased person’s assets. Its length and cost depend on the size and complexity of the estate, so we quote once we have reviewed the estate with you.
